Professor Aakshay Gulati is appointed as consultant oral and maxillofacial surgeon, with a specialist interest in head and neck oncology and microvascular reconstruction, at the renowned Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, East Grinstead and is a core member of the West Kent Head & Neck multidisciplinary team. He has a keen interest in promoting higher education and regularly lectures and holds workshops in the fields of oral & maxillofacial surgery and implantology.

Mr. Gulati’s higher surgical training in oral & maxillofacial training has been in the South Coast of England. He has completed a head and neck sub-specialty fellowship in an internationally acclaimed centre in Munich and was subsequently also selected for the highly coveted national interface head and neck fellowships.

Aakshay holds positions with European Association of Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery (EACMFS) as an Executive Officer and as a Specialty Tutor in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Queen Victoria Hospital. He has also contributed to a number of publications ranging from Head and Neck Cancer Research to Litigation in National Health Service Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
