Professor Aakshay Gulati
BDS, FDSRCS (Eng), MBBS, MRCS, FRCS (OMFS).
Visiting Professor Aakshay Gulati is qualified in both medicine and dentistry and has successfully obtained his Fellowship in oral and maxillofacial surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in London. He has a specialist interest in head and neck surgery and microvascular reconstruction and has contributed to a number of publications ranging from Head and Neck Cancer Research to Litigation in National Health Service Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Gulati has completed a head and neck sub-specialty fellowship in an internationally acclaimed centre in Munich and was subsequently also selected for the highly coveted national interface head and neck fellowships. He also holds positions with European Association of Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery (EACMFS) as an Executive Officer and as a Specialty Tutor in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Queen Victoria Hospital. He is currently the Head of Oral Surgery at The College of Medicine and Dentistry.
