Associate Professor Curd Bollen is a world-renowned expert in Dental Implants and has gone on to publish 35 articles in international dental journals and was co-author of 8 books/chapters in academic books. He is editor in chief of the Journal of Dental Health, Oral Disorders & Therapy and has an extensive international experience working in academic institutions.

Professor Bollen has been leading a clinic in the Netherlands, actively performing clinical work in periodontology, implantology and halitosis. Since 2018 he is scientific board member of the European Society for Ceramic Implantology (ESCI). He recently joined the College of Medicine & Dentistry, Birmingham as an Associate Clinical Professor.
