Julie Rosse

Julie Rosse qualified as a dental hygienist at the Eastman Dental Institute in London in 1995, and then worked for a short time in community dental health before working in general practice where she still works to the present day. 

She later went on to do the extended duties course and went to college to gain a City & Guilds qualification in teaching.

After many years at local level of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy (BSDHT), she became their Regional Group Coordinator in 2008, until 2015. Additionally, she was elected at the AGAM in 2010 to the post of President Elect.

Julie became BSDHT President for the term of 2012-2014 during which time Direct Access was granted to the profession. Julie has given many presentations around the UK, has written numerous articles and has appeared as a panel member at various dental events.
