Baldeesh Chana qualified in 1992 at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry formally known as The London Hospital, where she is now Deputy Principal Hygiene/Therapy Tutor. She also works part time in a general dental practice.

Bal is currently Chair of The British Association of Dental Therapists, and represents BADT on a number of boards. She is also a DCP Inspector for the General Dental Council inspecting DCP training courses.
